Exhibitor’s FAQs

As a first step, you will need to fill out the online registration form. Once we receive your application in our online system, we will contact you to recommend the appropriate exhibition space and proceed with the procedures to finalize your participation.

In any case of cancellation, you may follow the relevant regulation annex and the terms of participation of the exhibition which you can find here.

In particular, the following apply:

  • In case of cancellation 30 to 1 calendar day before the opening of the exhibition, the registration right and the total participation amount are withheld.

  • In case of cancellation 60 to 31 calendar days before the opening of the exhibition, the registration right and the advance payment are withheld.

  • In case of cancellation 61 or more calendar days before the opening of the exhibition, the right to register is reserved.

You can start the construction work 2 days before the opening of the exhibition.

All exhibitors are entitled to 1 exhibitor badge per/4sqm. Trade visitor invitations are available in the quantity desired from the exhibition’s secretariat.

To participate in this program, you must register as an exhibitor, as it is addressed only to registered exhibitors.

For exhibitors with jewelry, watches, and precious stones, there is an additional mandatory charge for security services.

The construction must be dismantled the day after the exhibition ends.
